Vehicle Detail
I have eight old vehicles, four with woodgrain, so I am downsizing. This is an all original 1974 Ford Country Squire wagon with original paint and a clear Virginia title showing actual mileage. I've had quite a bit of work done, including the following: New Whitewall Tires / New Rear Shocks / New Push Rods and Valve Guide Seals / Transmission Fluid and filter changed / Oil CHanged / New VA Inspection good until June 2012 / A/C Charged and blows ICE COLD. The paint is all original, but thin iin some areas. It has had previous rust repairs in both rear quarters, which have started to bubble again. Woodgrain is original and in decent shape for the age. Interior is in new condition with the exception of one five inch split on the driver seat. No cracks on the Dash. This can be a daily driver or used for car shows. While the car is 37 years old, I am comfortable driving it most anywhere. I have almost $5000.00 invested in this old wagon, but the reserve is set well below that. I can be reached at 804-437-2573. Car is available for inspection prior to auction end. I drove the Ford over 40 miles today. Heat works great, all lights function properly. The gas gauge does not work and the clock works intermittently. The mileage on the title is listed as "Exempt" due to the age. Also, it has the Ford 400 cubic inch engine Car has power locks, power rear window, dual opening tailgate. On Nov-01-11 at 06:29:31 PDT, seller added the following information: I have added a few more pictures. However, picture 14 is the interior door panel to my Jeep Wagoneer. I did not have reading glasses on, and thought this was the Ford interior. Sorry for any confusion. On Nov-01-11 at 19:20:17 PDT, seller added the following information: I've added pictures of the headliner (Excellent condition), the correct interior door picture, and the bottom of the tailgate. (Note Surface rust) The car had a four wheel alignment when the new tires were installed and it tracks straight down the road, no pulling to right or left.On Nov-04-11 at 06:39:36 PDT, seller added the following information: I've added a few more pictures, icluding the faded paint on the front.
