Vehicle Detail
2002 Ford Excursion Limited 7.3 Diesel 4x4. Top of the line Limited model. 8" lift, 6" Downpipe and aftermarket exhaust. 188,xxx miles, Dual front shocks. Original black paint with tan leather interior and third row seat. New carpet installed last year. 2 Video monitors for rear seats. Dual A/C controls. I purchased this great vehicle brand new in 2002. I had a 6" lift installed which raises it 8" on the excursions. Installed is a 6" downpipe for much better performance. Dual front shocks and custom skull pattern grill. The interior is in good shape. The arm rests need new covers due to wear and tear. The seats themselves are in good shape. I had a new sound system installed with nav ,two amp's, new door speakers and sub woofers box in the back. There are two video monitors install in the back of the front seats. The Kenwood head unit was stolen and I never replaced. Everything else is still there. The paint is in fair condition with visible scratches. There is dent in the front bumper the about 3" wide. (not sure how that got there. Looks like a pole dent) Tires are at the end of their live and probably need to be changed The truck runs very strong and has been a very reliable vehicle for me and my family. I had two gauges installed on the driver's side by the widow. Turbo boost and exhaust temp gauge. I never hooked them up to the system due it would have voided the warranty at that time. So they are there for you to connect if you like. On top of the engine there is a seal that is known to go out periodically and leaks oil on top of the engine and finds its way to the bottom. I had it replace two years ago, but engine still has oil on the bottom. I just had the serpentine belt replace a few thousand miles ago. I'm looking to sell due to a divorce and get a smaller car.
