I am assisting my uncle in selling his prized 1966 Mustang convertible. My uncle, and the car, reside in northern New Jersey. My uncle has owned the car for almost forty years, and is only the second owner of the car. He bought the car from his boss's wife when they retired and moved to California. The car has been garaged since birth and meticulously maintained for its entire life. My uncle had the car appraised fifteen years ago, about 5,000 miles back by Classic Car Appraisals, when it was classified as Fine (the second best rating) and which says that "The car is well-restored, or a combination of superior restoration and excellent original. Also, an extremely well-maintained original showing very minimal wear. It may also be driven up to 1,000 miles each year to shows, on tours, and simply for pleasure." The interior is in excellent condition. Mechanically, the car is in good working order. The car has never been raced. Terms Upon close of the auction, the winning bidder must pay a non-refundable $250 deposit thru PayPal. The balance is due within seven days. The buyer is responsible for paying and arranging for shipment of the vehicle, and the seller will assist the shipper by making the car accessible for shipment.
