Normal 0 false false false EN-US JA X-NONE For sale is my garage-kept, rarely-driven loaded 7-series. I am the third owner and bought it with 91769 miles. The prior (2nd) owner bought it as a Certified Pre-Owned BMW vehicle at 24561 miles. I know this because I have the dealer Pre-Owned paperwork, the window stickers for each sale, and the bills of sale. Work that I have had done: Upgraded Navigation computer from MKII to MKIII (Oct, 2011); battery (Aug, 2011); rubber oil filler caps & upgraded to sealing power steering cap (Aug, 2011); replaced top half of motor intake gaskets (Jul, 2011); L&R front suspension arms & bushings, water pump, thermostat, power steering hose, valve cover gasket sets, anti-freeze system flush (Oct, 2010); complete brake job (Jul, 2010); K&N air filter; all four cabin carbon micro-filters; glovebox latch and lock; wheels balanced. All work totalling approximately $4600 in receipts. I also have maintenance receipts from the prior owner of work performed dating back to 39,881 miles. Condition: Overall: There are no warning lights or messages present. The second zero in the mileage appears to have two pixels not working; common of this type of dash. Oil change has three green lights. There is a slight shake in the car around 50-55mph after putting on the winter tires; they will need to be re-balanced when practical. Interior: 9 out of 10 condition. The typical front center cup holder is broken. The leather seats are in substantially great shape and show slight wear and tear; there is a stain on the carpet on the back "hump" between the seats; the left rear small manual window shade is missing. All other interior items are in exceptional shape. Exterior: Body 9/10 as well. There are a few scratches and a small bump on the hood near the BMW hood emblem, as well as some scratches on the rear bumper. There is an indentation on the top of the trunk, probably from somebody placing an object on the trunk lid. There are no other problems with the body that I have noted, nor rust anywhere. Additional options: Cold weather package (heated front & rear seats, heated steering wheel, ski bag), Convenience package (electric rear sunshade, manual rear side window shades, power-fold auto-dimming outside mirrors), park distance control. All functioning well. The car will come with a key replacement warranty that we bought from the dealership, valid for four more years. It has three key FOBs; one of which does not work--I haven't had the time to return to the dealer to get a replacement key. In addition, a set of BMW wheels & Michelin MXV4 energy plus summer tires that have about 8k on them will be provided with the car. I am selling the car because I need to downsize. Now that I am working part time and back to graduate school I don’t need three cars anymore. I am listing the car through multiple sources and do reserve the right to cancel early if a buyer comes forth. More pictures available upon request.
