Up for sale is my 1970 C10 long bed, lowered, repainted flat black, great interior, i am technically the 3rd owner, but it was in the same family since the beginning. Restored a few years ago by previous owner’s grand-farther. New cab corners and rockers. No other major rust. Original color was brown with white roof , previous owner painted the whole truck blue. I repainted it to look like a rat rod into flat black, but interior is still blue, with black seat in perfect shape. New coil, carb recently rebuilt, battery is 2 years old. new radio. Modifications: truck had front drum brakes, I converted to disk brakes from a 1972 truck along with new master cylinder and prop valve; also installed brand new lowering spindles and tie rods, also lowering springs and shocks in the front, for the total drop of 4.5 inches. Rear is still stock, but do have lowering shackles that will be included in the sale. The bad: truck has a bunch of bondo in the bed, and there are a couple of cracks in it around wheel wells, i did not touch it, i was gong to replace the whole bed, but never found a decent one. Window washer does not work, but there is one included that i got from a junk yard. Paint has a bunch of pine tree sap in on from sitting under a pine tree last winter. Radiator has a leak, but it is minor, i just add water from time to time. On Oct-20-11 at 12:23:24 PDT, seller added the following information: fORGOT TO MENTION THAT THIS TRUCK IS BY ALL INDICATIONS ALL ORGINAL EXCEPT FOR WHAT I DID TO IT, WHICH IS DIFFERENT WHEELS AND BRAKE CONVERSION. PRODUCTION STICKER IS STILL IN THE GLOVE BOX AND EVERYTHING MATCHES UP, I HAVE NO CLUE IF ENGINE IS ORIGINAL TO THE TRUCK BUT IT MATCHES TO THE NUMBERS.
