This car is in running condition but needs restoration. complete, no missing parts. Electrical works, needs to be completley transfered over to 12 volt. I will include a brand new Francis wiring harness to do the job. I have drove on the freeway and kept up with traffic. Paint is fair. This is an extremly fun driver. Registered stamped 1938 california yellow plates.
