If you like this item, then do not wait till last day!!, Please READ before you place a bid and make sure you agree and able to honor the term listed!!, VINTAGE 1964 BMW R27 single cylinder motorcycle, matching # -382797 on frame, engine and ID tag. it is dissembled for off frame restore. All sheet metal, frame, swing arm, front fork, tank, fenders were sand blasted , re –lacquered and hand pinstriped with correct long brush., brand new chromed muffler and MAGURA European handle bar. Break light switch. Bike consider as 98% complete with consideration of the rubber park like headlight ear padding, drive shaft rubber donut need will be replace by new owner and the carburetor is not present ( easy replacement, some rider will replace BING with more reliable & non leaking Japanese cab) , Original screws, pins, battery and air intake, suspension, narrow bench seat( with small tier and can be patch up or re –cover), Bike was purchase from eccentric indivisible used it as trial bike. He ran the bike for less than 17,000 mile put it into storage and mitigated to Spanish bike( Thank to God to tell he to do that!!!!). Since it was used as a trial bike for low mileage, And the engine is clean with good compression. It will be good show bike base or just put back together and ride. R27 is last of German build BMW single calendar and according to all BMW collector it is the best of all singles and easy to find part and is most practical of the vintage single.
