1980 GMC C1500 Step-Side -Freshened Oldsmobile 403, less than 1000 miles since rebuild -heads overhauled by MJ auto in Fargo -carburetor overhauled by S&S electric in Valley City -new battery -new fuel pump -new distributor parts-- cap, rotor, coil, coil pickup, module -new spark plugs This truck has been stored in an underground garage for the last ten years and has been driven only a handful of times until now. When I bought the truck this spring it did not run due to the previous owner running old gas. I had the heads and carburetor overhauled, also I replaced various parts such as cap, rotor, coil, coil pick-up, module, spark plugs, fuel pump, and gaskets. It started right up and has been running great everyday since then. As for the exterior of the truck I did nothing but give her a good wax and a bath. This truck has lots of little custom touches such as chrome front grille, chrome rear bumper, shaved door handles, tunnel cover, wood bed, mirrors, closed end rails, chrome exhaust, and removable console. The truck is also lowered and sitting on aluminum racing rims with good tires. Someone put a lot of time into this truck and it would be impossible to build a similar one for less than you can buy this one for. I love the truck, hate to sell it, but I do need something that can travel long distances. Its either selling or going into storage.... you decide!
