You are bidding on a beautiful original Southern California Jaguar XJS convertible a rare 1988 Hess & Eisenhardt, 1 of approximately 893 built between 1986 and 1988 , I am 2nd owner, It has all conceivable options. The fully retracting convertible top folds deep into the body of the car allowing for a clean lower profile. This automatic, top is in good condition, it operates flawlessly at the touch of a button. It comes with full boot cover. The car finish is the orginal wine red. The chrome and bright work are original and outstanding. It has never been in an accident and is completely rust free. It comes with five Borrani Chrome Wire Wheels with Michelin MXV4 slightly used tires. Trunk area is like new, it comes with a full factory tool kit in a special bag, as well as original Owners Manual packet including original sales invoice.. The interior is Barley colored Connolly leather with heated & power seats and automatic lumbar control. Console, door panels and trim are orginal burlwood, carpet is original Wilton Wool all in pristine condition. The sound system, power windows, cruise control are orginal and work properly. A radar alarm system also works properly. Mechanically the car has always been professionally maintained. The V12, 5.3L. 263 hp engine starts immedately, has great power, does not smoke or use oil.The GM Turbo-400 automatic transmission operates perfectly, providing a smooth, quiet ride. Brakes, suspension and power steering are excellent. The air conditioning is not working, but it is a convertible in southern California and not a concern to me, heater works properly.
