Just ask........... every offer considered below my "asking price" Ex British Royal Air Force Bomb Disposal Honda st1100 This is a great opportunity to own a very nice motorcycle. In good condition. For anyone who knows about the st1100 the engine is v4 water cooled, and incredibly well engineered This one was in service with the British Royal Air Force Bomb Disposal Department. A chance to own a real piece of unique history and nostalgia......................This is a one off in the USA. It comes with the following as standard.................PLUS..........some extras. Front strobe lights. These have have been painted to allow the bike to be street legal in the States. Rear Red flashing lights that are both active on alternate flash or as bright fog lights. Flashing front headlight switch Rear strobe light. this again has been changed to yellow from blue to be street legal. It also raises up and down. On the left hand side is an active fire extinguisher which is sound and full. On the right is the siren that is very loud and has 6 different sounds. The white box at the back used to house the 'POLICE STOP", this had to be changed for obvious reasons and says 'BACK OFF'. It is operated by a small switch on the left side of the pod. The single rear seat 'pod' houses all the electronics for the lights and sirens. There is also a second back up battery this assists with the operation when all the lights and sirens are running at the same time. It has just had a full service which is done every 3,000 miles....new plugs ,oil, filters. New pads front and rear, The rear tyre has only done about 500 miles. It has a new swing arm and new stubby stainless steel cans. The down pipes are stainless steel Extras:............. It comes with a second dual seat........... Trickle charger .....Dual seat...... There is a 200 watt music system on the bike which will stay on 'IF' I get the reserve price. If not I will take it off. This is exactly the same spec as the British Police. I have had this bike for about 6 years, and never had a problem with it, probably due to regular servicing. I brought it over to the States about 3 years ago when I moved here. I have kept it in good condition, well maintained. The plastic does show signs of wear and does have a couple of small cracks, but generally in good order for its age. It is all original. There is probably so much more I could write, It deserves more I am sure. I have had 4 st1100 in the past and they have all been brilliant including this one, (as a matter of interest I will be selling my last st1100 when the service is finished, at the moment all that has to be done is the seals and pistons back into the callipers...... bleed the brakes, put the cans back on and its ready to go. The other one is a '91 with 35,000 miles on it, Black with custom painted wheels. Again on this one it will have had a full service with all fluids and filters changed). This bike is very competative to insure which is great at about $250 a year with American collectors Insurance Company This is a perfect escort Motorcycle for ride outs...........large vehcles.........escorts.............bike or car rallys.
