Vehicle Detail

I have a 1999 Subaru Legacy L - 30th Anniversary Edition 4 Door Sedan With 117k miles. This car was a special edition, it came with everything you could get in them. I have the original window sticker from the dealer which says its EPA is, CITY HIGHWAY 22 29 18-26 24-34 It has the 2.2L (better fuel economy than the 2.5L plus more reliable) with an Automatic Transmission. It also has : Leather Interior (no cracks or tears) Power Moon-roof, (lifts, slides, has rain guard, and an interior shade to block the sun from entering) Moon-roof Air Deflector, Cd Player, Power Windows, Power Locks, Power Mirrors, Power Antenna, Aluminum Wheels, (not stock though) AWD(obviously, It's a Subaru), ABS, 4-Wheel Disc Brakes, Dual Front Airbags, Cruise Control, Tilt Wheel, Air Conditioning, Factory Stock Spoiler and Hood Scoop My brother owned this car before me, he had put a LOT of time and money into this car. He put all new struts in it, replaced the air conditioning condenser and radiator, put new brakes on it Last Year, the rockers were rusty when he got the car so he cut them out and replaced them with all New steel (slightly thicker than stock so as to last longer), He repainted the car about 3 months ago with 2009 Dodge Electric Blue with Purple Pearl. This car looks, rides, and runs great. Only problem this car has is a Cracked Windshield (I have a Good windshield I will Include with the car), there are no check engine lights, and to my knowledge the 2.2l that this car has in it does NOT have the same issues with head-gaskets and timing belt that the 2.5l has. At least that's what a Subaru Technician told me. His Quotes "The 2.2L is BY FAR a way more reliable motor than the 2.5L As far as 2.2L problems, aside from it have 30 hp less than the 2.5, there really are none. It's a VERY reliable motor, you could the check timing belt, but even if it does decide to break it would not destroy the engine, like it would if a timing belt broke in a 2.5L. The 2.2L engine still has clearance from the open valves, to the piston at top dead center, so it will never self destruct when the belt breaks, it will just stop running. It also does NOT have issues with the head gaskets, like the 2.5l does, it's a very solid and bullet-proof motor." I have never checked the timing belt, but didn't see it as an issue because it starts up without a hesitation every time and runs great. It leaks NO fluids and doesn't burn oil. As for the REBUILT salvage title, that is due to a rear end collision that happened around 2003. It was fully rebuilt to be safe and road legal, and has been inspected by the state in order to be reclassified as REBUILT. It has been driving and on the road for YEARS since the collision, with NO issues. The Car Runs great and ALL power options work. I will Accept a $100 Deposit Through Paypal, and the remainder in cash only upon pick-up. Pick-up and Full payment within 10 days of auction close.
