This is a 1957 3100 truck,truck spent it first 22 years with the US Government,It was restored around 1998,paint and body,then in 2006 truck was sent to Fetters in Maryland,where it got a rebuilt 350 engine 30 over,blue printed and balanced,350 turbo trans with high performance shift kit,air,tilt steering wheel,power disc brakes[front],power steering,ceramic headers,new carpet,new shifter,ball joint,steering rod,wiring harness,and lots more,Truck run great I drive it to town 3 times a week,20 miles each way,have taken it on longer rides 100 miles each way.truck color is a medal flak strawberry,pictures just dont show real color,some reason it looks red in pics.paint has a few chips around hood edges,i've had truck for 4 years never a problem and i mean never,truck get lots of looks,it does have original rear end,which is a low gear,have new 338 ring and pinion with axle bearings paid 700 for rear end kit still in box,also comes with old white grill,bumpers,bezels,selling so i can buy a new ultra glide.or would trade for newer touring harley.please call before biding with any questions,i will answer all,Ihave receipts of 16,000 from fetters,which does not include body restoration.Thanks for looking Dave 1-270-350-8026 ,alsohave pictures and folder from fetters with all documention of new parts On Sep-22-11 at 09:42:56 PDT, seller added the following information: I should add truck has aluminum radiator,trans cooler electric fan On Sep-22-11 at 18:03:59 PDT, seller added the following information: also wanted to add truck has appraised for 24,000 three years ago,i set reserve low to sell truck,just letting you all know truck is worth well over reserve,try to build this truck for the reserve price,and want to thank all who have and will bid
