1949 Cadillac Sedanette - engine runs great, trans shifts good, drives good, project car. I have made what I believe to be a very reasonable buy it now price for this car in todays market for a Quick Sale considering it is a project car. I recently acquired a 41 ford convertible and can only afford to do one project car. This car was an old 80's custom when we acquired it, everything was molded in and smoothed with fiberglass when we got it. . It had molded fenders, bumpers, trim and smoothed doors. The car was going to be brought back to a 60's style custom, We got new (used ) bumpers, took the fiberglass off the rear and re-did the metal. the passenger door was opened back up for door handles (the driverside needs to be done) We wanted to get some chrome back on the car, it was all originally painted purple - even the bumpers !!! It wasn't pretty. But it will make a very cool custom when finished, and the drivetrain is all good and running well. The car has a 350 sbc it runs good, sounds awesome, fires right up, headers, performer intake and carb (believe it is a 650), slight cam, ingintion, 350 trans, shifts good. The car runs good and stops well, has one slightly sticky wheel cylinder. Newly re-cored old style radiator, runs nice and cool. Needs metal work finshed and miscellaneous parts here and there. (watch the videos) I have a set of new rockers and even have most of the body mounts (cut out of a donor car) most of the electrical worked before it was torn down for bodywork, it has a 22 circuit panel in it, original gauges are not hooked up, have lots of extra parts - see parts picture. The car has 3 inch lowering blocks in it now, but I have the original U-bolts. The front side lights were smoothed in but the light buckets are still in place and can be put back to oringinal. I have an original steering column, (possibly an original steering wheel) the front bumper has blinkers molded into it , I have 1 extra fender skirt, extra tail light lense and trim, and many little parts, and nuts and bolts in boxes along with a few books on the car. The car was stipped down for bodywork, I placed the pieces back on it for the pictures, all the parts will be boxed up and in the truck when the car is shipped. I have a great shipper if you need one The car is apart because it was being sent out for bodywork, so the seats and interior are just set in place as are some of the other parts, I placed them back on for the photos, I will be removing them for shipping. Tail lights, visor, light bezels, emblems will be off when shipped.
