2006 Mobility Van Lift still works, but is pretty beat up and might need service. Has raised roof, chair straps and three folding single seats in the back. Sold-as-is, well maintained fleet vehicle (one owner), comes right off the road, engine, tranny, a/c, all serviced and runs well, mechanically sound! Transmission was replaced last month, we have a receipt from Aamco (I believe it might have some warranty). Come and inspect in person - this van is road-ready and able to pass Mass inspection.Title is on hand, along with some maintenance records. Some body damages can be seen on the pictures. Title A. The Seller warrants that the Seller owns good title for the VEHICLE. B. The Seller agrees to transfer title of the VEHICLE to the Buyer immediately after Seller receives full payment due under this Agreement. C. Buyer shall take possession of the VEHICLE immediately after Seller transfers title to Buyer. D. Buyer shall register and insure the VEHICLE in accordance with buyer's home State laws and regulations at Buyer’s sole expense. Terms 1. The Seller and Buyer agree that the VEHICLE sold under this Agreement is a used vehicle and is sold in “as is” condition. 2. The Seller warrants that the VEHICLE subject to this Agreement is in the condition fit to pass the Massachusetts vehicle inspection. 3. The Buyer shall have the right to inspect the VEHICLE subject to this Agreement prior to execution of this Agreement at Buyer’s sole expense and discretion. Failure to exercise this right shall not impair this Agreement in any way. 4. The Buyer agrees to purchase the VEHICLE subject to this Agreement with any and all faults, defects and damages. 5. The Seller makes no warranties except for those expressly stated in this Agreement. 6. The Seller explicitly disclaims implied warranties of Merchantability and Fitness for a Particular Purpose Choice of Law This Agreement shall be executed and performed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and shall be interpreted and governed by laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection to this Agreement shall be settled in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts under Massachusetts law.
