For your consideration are a pair of 59 el caminos. I had big plans for these cars but the arrival of three kids in the last 4 years has put the brakes on all my projects. My intent was to restore the white one using the green as a donor. the green has heavy rust in the body and some rust in the rear passenger frame rail. the white has no rust in the frame that I was able to detect, and some rust in the body that is repairable. (see pictures). both have rusted out floorpans. the green was a manual and has the clutch pedal and linkage intact. the white was a column shift automatic. linkage is gone. green has a 350 and some type of manual trans i'm not familiar with. the windshield is good on the green, both rear windows are good. passenger glass is good on both. drivers side glass is bad on both. i checked the numbers on the motor once and it was a milktoast 350 from about 1969. nothing special. sale includes several extra parts as well. two good front fenders, a radiator, and extra grille. take a look at the picture. between these two cars darn near all the parts are there to complete a project. the pictures can tell much more about these cars than i can. neither car has been registered in years and neither showed up in the system at dmv. they will require lien titles and will include a bill of sale. anyone who's been involved with these types of cars knows it's easy to get a title under these circumstances. feel free to ask questions.
