Vehicle Detail
1970 Ford Bronco: This is an original, uncut, early Ford Bronco. It has the original 302 V8 engine and manual transmission. The Bronco runs and drives. I have a clear title in my name. The Ford Bronco has been sitting for several years and is in the process of being restored. It has recently been repainted in the original color and has a new tailgate and new clutch. The Bronco drives and shifts, but the brakes are weak and need work. The engine sounds good and doesn't smoke or make any unusual noise. The interior is original, but as you can seen in the photos, it needs work. The back seat is ok, but both front seats need to be repaired. The headliner is good, but the original dash pad has a crack. The interior is completely original, but worn out. I want to be sure the new owner knows exactly what they are buying. This is a running, driving, restoration project. I have taken numerous photos of the truck. There is some rust in the front floors. The driver's side has surface rust, but the passenger's side will need a patch. The back floors are in very good condition. I have taken close up photos of these areas to assist in evaluating the condition of the car. The Bronco has the optional two gas tank system, but I'm running it off of a separate small tank in order to prevent sucking the old gas into the fuel pump and carb. The gas tanks will need to be drained of the old gas and cleaned up. Some of the side markers are missing. It is also missing the original spare tire. The tires on the car are serviceable, but a little too large for the truck. One rear shock is broken. The wipers and most of the lights work properly. If you have questions, regarding the condition of the truck, please give me a call. My home phone number, which is still attached to my kitchen wall, is (801) 74509599. I'm not a dealer. This is my son's truck and he has lost interest in restoring it. If you have fewer than 10 positive feedbacks on Ebay, please call or email me before you bid. We want this to be a good, straightforward, auction. A $500.00 PayPal deposit is required within 48 hours after the auction closes. Don't hesitate to give me a call, I will gladly answer your questions. I will store the Bronco for a reasonable time period, and I will work with the transport company you select. My name is Bob. Good luck bidding. I hope the old Bronco goes to someone interested in completing the restoration.
