1969 Buick Riviera – numbers match Drive/Transmission 455 Cu. In. No explanation was given. He then sold it to a friend’s son as a graduation gift. They had the car painted and started on the upholstery work. They sold it to me because they needed college tuition money. Driven in three parades each year – and two car shows Regularly scheduled maintenance done – oil change, carburetor, air filter, greased, and fluids checked. Otherwise garaged and covered. I bought the car as a fix up hobby job. Had it three years and haven’t had the time to spend on the little things. I have four kids (little things) that occupy all of my time and most of my money. Car is in near mint condition with clean history with non-smoke owners. And I’m selling the Riviera because I have four kids that cost more money than the car does. This car is a great daily drive for those who enjoy luxury classic cars. Only 500 miles have been put on the car since 2007. We have not had the time to fully restore the car to its full potential, with a few finishing touches it will be a complete show car.
