This is my uncles 1979 c22 sandpiper, great boat comes with nissan 5hp outboard with almost no hours, and galvinized sailboat trailer, with good tires and bearing buddys, great rig I have all the paper work including the original dealer invoice, boat sleeps 5, and has porta pot, cusions are decent alittle stained but no rips or tears, inside of boat is just dirty as crap from sitting up, but no soft spots what so ever, running rigging is decent, but older, standing rigging is very good, comes with main sail, gib and storm gib, all seem to be in pretty good shape, will need bottom paint and some cleaning and buffing, I currently have the cushions out and have taken the cover to the cleaners to be cleaned should get them back in a cpl of days. this is not a pefect boat but a very good boat for its age, and the motor and trailer are both in great shape.
