Losing my garage space so I'm going to sell my Saab Sonett III. The car is slightly modified with four lug 900 wheels and 185 x 15 Pirelli tires, a rear spoiler, and the pop up headlights have been replaced with a four headlight system in the grille. It has 23,200 miles showing on the odometer which I would assume is 123,200 miles. The car has all the original floor in the passenger's compartment, the trunk floor has been repaired and the outer rocker panels appear to have been replaced. There is also a small area of the front inner fender that has been repaired. This car is a daily driver, registered and state inspected, all lights and accessories work including the clock ( a little slow). I have had the fuel tank cleaned and coated, new fuel line and hoses from the tank to the engine, new fuel pump and a new Weber 34 IHC single barrel carb with manual choke. The engine runs very well, starts right up and gets 30 mpg. The transmission has had the free wheeling locked out, shifts fine but has some slight bearing noise. I rebuilt the clutch hydraulics, replaced rear brake cylinders, rebuilt front caliper with new pistons, and replaced all four brake hoses. The air and oil filters are new, and valves adjusted. The interior is all original and in good condition, I have added a set of gauges including a vacuum gauge and there is a '70s vintage Blaupunkt radio and equalizer with a power antenna. Maine does not require a title after 15 years so I will only provide a bill of sale and a copy of the current registration.
