Up for auction is a 70’ Chevelle SS 396/350hp Automatic, non air car. Car appears to have the original cranberry paint with black stripes, vinyl top and red interior. All matches cowl tag. The car retains its original matching numbers engine that still runs but needs tune-up and/or rebuilt. The interior except for the headliner and rear package tray are in good shape for age. The dash and center console are in restorable condition. The body on the car looks to be the original steel metal. The cowl induction hood, doors, roof, deck lid including seams are all in very nice shape for age. The area around rear glass is also in very nice shape with no holes. The dog-leg area of fenders will require some patch work and the rear quarter panels will require some patch panels, mainly on the right side or full quarter replacements depending on buyers restoration ability. The under side of car is in great shape, frame has no heavy rust scale from front to back. The sheet metal underneath shows no holes and should not require any replacement. Car could probably be restored as a frame on restoration. Included with ad are pictures of the car so please study the pictures as I feel I have explained the car as best as I can.
