Vehicle Detail
Up for auction is my 1966 Pontiac Tribute to a GTO (Lemans)I have spent many years and thousands of dollars to get this great car to here, but with 2 weddings coming up.......it just must go. GOOD's: New sheetmetal whichwas installed and finished in by R & M Autobody in Round Lake, IL includes complete floor, complete trunk floor, two completed full rear quarter panels, and both rocker panels, GTO rear tail panel, and two beautiful front fenders. All glass is great, new boxed rear frame rails, new gas tank braces and straps, nice tank, new rear shocks, and complete GTO tail light assemblies installed. The GTO front grilles parking light assemblies are included ,1966 original am radio, all gauges also functional. Grant steering wheel, and rear backup light assemblies. Rear trunk chrome (nice) and "eyebrows on the ends also included. Have really nice black inside door panels and frt. and rear bumpers included. Great running Pontiac 400 cid under the Original GTO hood and hood scoop. Brand new Edelbrock 4 barrel carb. MT aluminum valve covers. The transmission is also just fine, as are the brakes. No mechanical issues, other then it's sat for the last year. BAD's: Needs carpet, headliner, front seat, and paint. Now you have a great looking "GTO."On Sep-01-11 at 22:18:43 PDT, seller added the following information: **** UPDATE: The engine is a YH 400 cid looks like an " 8 " on the distributor pad, The MATCHING heads are #12 Ram Air III dated F249 On Sep-01-11 at 22:22:40 PDT, seller added the following information: *******Update #2 And an aluminum Performer Intake Manifold under the new Edelbrock carburator all painted Pontiac blue to be...... sneaky.
