2003 BMWR1200CL purchased new. This model is fully equipped with stereo/CD player, electronic cruise control, anti-lock brakes, dealer installed engine and saddlebag guards, heated hand grips, independantly heated driver/passenger seats, removeable BMW pannier luggage for the left and right saddlebags, a BMW battery charger, and a new spare windshield. The bike was sold to an employee in 2006 and was re-purchased by me recently due to the finacial climate and having their two children in college. The title is clear. In the last 2 years it has recieved new tires, brakes, and a battery. Mechanically the bike is solid and I would not hesitate to take it on another cross country excursion. Every feature is fully funtional. There is a small scratched area on the left front fairing.that occured when the bike was blown off its kickstand in a strong wind gust. As the steering colum was locked at the time no other damage occured. This is cosmetic and easily repaired (please see the provided photo). There is slight clouding of the stereo readout due to sun exposure but is still very visible. Other than the odd road dings expected from extended touring she shows very well. I am offering it well below book value. I hope the new owner enjoys the comfort and renowned BMW dependability that I have. I am willing to deliver the bike within 100 miles of Indianapolis.
