1949 Dodge COE UP for sale is a 1949 Dodge COE 5 window cab truck, Rat Rod or what ever you want to call it, The cab is on a 1973 Chevy crew cab dulley frame, I put half ton coil springs in the front for a nice ride, The cab and bed are channeled over the frame for a lowered look and still rides good, I used 3 1965 chevy LWB'S to make the bed, I used 1950 ford pickup rear fenders to cover the rear tires, They are made to remove so you can remove the rear wheels, The rearend is a stock 370 gears for freeway friendly, The motor is a chevy 454 and a 400 turbo. The motor and trans is in the rear behind the cab, Runs and very good all day long, Headers and 3 inch exhuast with 6 inch tips, (Sounds way cool) Two 22 gallon gas tanks, gets around 10 to 12 MPG @ 65 MPH, All new EZ wireing and fuss block, All new gauge's, Electric heater, Tilt wheel, Old school stearing wheel, Power plug for gps or whatever, Two sets of dome lights, Cool door panels, Polished diamonds plate head liner, Seat recovered with a good mexican blanket,New old style carpet, Sun visor from a 1950 Pontiac,New alumum radiator with a new flex fan,(Stay cool on a 90 degree day), We have driven this truck over 4,000 miles last year, 10 shows 14 awards, This is a real attention getter every where we go, All glass good, Orignal paint and moss, Truck set in a barn for about 40 years, rust in the driver's door but i would not fix it, Lots of neet stuff like spider webs, RAT, lake pipes, look at the picts, Ebay will only me put 20 picts but i have alot more i can send if you want, I built this truck to drive anywhere anytime, If you would like to talk about the truck call me @ 503-930-7151 or send me your phone # and i will call you back, I can talk all day long about the old truck, I am not good with email.
