This is a 1980 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am in used, original condition. The car runs and drives and is complete. The gauges and radio work fine and the car does have factory air, however the A/C does not work. Vehicle is being sold AS IS with NO warranty. This vehicle is in decent original condition and is ready to be driven. No restoration work has been done to this vehicle so it does have some rust and dents as you would expect with a 31 year old car. The odometer reading is 95,693 miles, however we are not sure if that is original or if the odometer has rolled over and the car has 195,693 actual miles on it. Again, we are NOT certain of the actual mileage of this vehicle. I have included pictures of areas that are visibly showing rust. The left quarter panel shows more rust than the passenger side does. I included pictures of the bottom inside lips of both doors to show the rust in those areas. The car has new rear exhaust as you can see in the undercarriage photos. The interior is original and you can see the driver's seat is worn. It is hard to see in the pictures, but there is pieces of black tape on both rear taillights that I assume are there to cover cracks in the lens. Also the hood release is sticking out of the front bumper grille just to the left of the license plate bracket, it works, but is probably not original. The motor, turbo, and transmission appear to be all original and all seem to be in good working condition based off the several times we have test driven this car. We do not know any of this cars history other than it had been sitting in a garage for one year before we acquired it. We have not done any work to the vehicle other than replacing the dead battery.
