Vehicle Detail
You are looking at my1976 Pontiac Grand Prix LJ with 132,XXX miles on the body and drivetrain. This car has a 400 4 Barrel Engine with an automatic transmission. This car runs and drives great, and has a very solid body for being 35 years old. The exterior of the body speaks for itself- look at the pictures. There are some imperfections, and they are all photographed for you to see. There is one spot where the body rusted through, and it is oddly located on the hood. The blemishes actually look much worse in the pics than they actually do in person. The floor, trunk, and wheel wells are solid. In the pictures you can see that the tires are older, and appear to have some dry rot. I would put a set on the car if driving a great distance. The interior of the car is in fantastic shape, and seems like a time capsule of the 1970’s that was just opened! There is not one rip or tear in the carpeting, upholstery, dash, or headliner. I am selling this car because I lost the storage space, and hate to see it sitting out in the elements. The car is good to drive around as it is, or is a fantastic platform for a restoration if you so choose. A few weekends ago I took the car for a 650 mile drive. It performed flawlessly and did not leave me down in any way. I would not hesitate to drive this car anywhere. Please ask questions, ask for pictures of something that you want to know or see more about, or come see it yourself in person. I am more than happy to assist you in any way. Car is located in Hazleton, PA. The car is ready to go to its new owner. I have a clean, clear PA title in hand. A non-refundable deposit of $500 via PayPal is required within 24hrs of auction end. Complete payment required within 7 days in form of cash. You are more than welcome to bring a check payable to yourself, and we can go to a local bank where you can cash it and use it to complete the purchase when we transfer the title at the notary. These requirements may sound stringent, but unfortunately I have had to learn from prior car sales on ebay that people sometimes bid on things that they can’t afford to pay for. Please ask any questions before bidding, and bid with confidence. 0 bidders or bidders with negative feedback will be cancelled if you do not contact me prior to placing a bid. Once again, sorry, but got burned by non-paying newbies on other car auctions. I have accurately described the car for auction, and have been told that I am overly-critical when describing things. It is being sold as is, where is, without any warranty. Vehicle is for sale locally, and I reserve the right to cancel the auction at any time prior to the end. Auction is No- Reserve action, so every bid is a bid to win. Your bid is a binding contract to purchase this car. I don’t intend on wasting your time, so please respect my time in the same manner. Check my 100 percent positive feedback. I have sold specialty cars like Jaguars and Corvettes on ebay, and the buyers were always satisfied with their purchases. Thank you for looking and good luck!
