A compact sports car with luxury and reliability true to the Acura name. This is a fun car to drive that gets up and goes, with lots of horsepower (200 hp) for a small, fuel-efficient engine (2.0L, gets about 33 mpg highway). Well maintained with lots of life left despite minor body damage. 2-Door hatchback / coupe, 103K miles 6-speed manual transmission Cruise control Bose sound system with 6-disc CD changer and subwoofer Leather bucket seats with adjustable lumbar support on driver’s side Sunroof Air conditioning with new AC compressor, automatic climate control settings Power windows, locks, and mirrors Keys with key-FOB remotes (2 each), and a valet key Dual front and side airbags Alloy wheels with wheel locks, premium Michelin Exalto tires Rear window defroster and wiper Fuel injected with dual overhead cams, 16 valves, and iVTEC variable valve lift and timing Firecracker red with gray/titanium interior Vehicle has been well maintained, including regular service intervals with oil and filter, air filter, cabin filter changes and tire rotation. Air conditioner compressor replaced last year - works great. Battery is less than 2 years old. Runs great, does not leak oil. No modifications. It's often difficult to find a RSX that hasn't been lowered, monkeyed with, or "souped up". This car is stock and untampered. A majority of miles on the car are highway, where it gets great gas mileage and the cruise control comes in handy. Being a used car though, it does have some wear. The exterior has scattered small pits and chips in the paint, represented in the photos. There are also a few minor dents and scrapes from driving and parking in Boston - NO major body damage. The interior is in good shape, but the finish is worn somewhat from the bolsters on the bucket seats. The gasket on the sunroof seals, but is worn such that it pinches when closing the sunroof, which is easily corrected by holding down the rubber gasket just as the glass sits down in the roof. The car does have OEM fog lights, although the lights are not currently working (bulbs burnt out). The check engine light is also on, which has been queried with a code reader - the error is with the Bank 2 oxygen sensor, which is along the exhaust and part of the overall emissions, but does not effect the performance of the car. I will include a Belkin transmitter that I used to play music from my MP3 player onto the radio (it is powered by a cigarette lighter adapter, plugs into the headphone jack on your MP3 player, and transmits the music on any FM station of your choice, which you then tune on the radio). This is a fun car to drive, and economical too. This vehicle is being sold AS IS, and all sales are final.
