1977 Fiat X1/9 Bertone. 1290cc, carbureted mid-engine, 4-speed manual transmission (rear wheel drive). Engine recently rebuilt (photos documenting build). Doesn’t leak a drop. Convertible (removable 1-piece Targa top). All lights/gauges/electronics in good working order (pop-up headlights, windshield wiper motor, …) Registration/inspection good through April 2012. Exterior is 7.5 out of 10, interior is 7 out of 10. The car is currently my daily driver, but I’m ready for a new project. Odometer currently shows 86,xxx (only 5-digit odometer), but not sure how many miles since engine rebuilt (would estimate fewer than 5,000). Recent upgrades: - New tires - New brake pads (4-wheel disc brakes) - New CD player, speakers, subwoofer The bad: Air conditioning isn’t hooked up. Compressor is there, but no plumbing.
