This wagon has had all scheduled maintenance as well as preventative maintenance completed over the life of the vehicle. The 850R is completely stock and has been adult driven during its entire life. The wagon has also been garage kept as can be seen from the clear-coat. I had purchased this wagon from a family that were volvo enthusiasts much like myself. The previous owner was a city planner and moved yearly and had the vehicle shipped to his new home every year. I have taken miraculous care of this 850R as it is the 2nd 850R I have owned. Since owning this volvo all service has been completed at the volvo dealer in denver as well as a swedish automotive shop here in Boulder Colorado. When I purchased this car I planned on keeping it forever therefore I went crazy and replaced everything I felt needed to be replaced as well as completed much preventative maintenance. Over the last 10 months I have put nearly $6,000 into this car making it run like new. I have documentation/receipts for All maintenance completed which will be included with the sale of the car. This volvo is ready to go for a long time without any major maintenance. No check engine light on! The absolute only thing mechanically to replace in the near future will be the abs control module as the tracs/abs light intermittently come on and then go off. Thats All! This does not affect the way the vehicle drives but should be attended to in the near future. This Volvo 850R has been maintained unlike the very few that still exist. I just saw the exact car (sedan version) with double the miles sell for 3,000 and it needed the timing belt as well as water pump service complete. Cosmetically the vehicle needs to be waxed. The hood has a "nose dent" with a small key mark next to the dent. The front bumper could use a re-painting and the rear bumper has two-three spots were touch-up paint would help. As I have owned the vehicle I was not as much concerned with the exterior as I was the mechanical condition of the 850R as represented in the list above. I was driving this vehicle from denver to Chicago last year (multiple times) therefore I wanted to make sure it ran perfect. The interior of this R is nearly perfect! It smells like new, has NEVER been smoked in, and still has the original 850R floor mats. It comes with the rear hatch roll cover as seen in the photos. The headlined is perfect. Everything works! The dash lights are all perfect(No bulbs out). It has the original 850R suede manual cover which shows this car has been taken care of. The car comes with 2 sets of nearly brand new tires. 4 Nearly New Blizzak Snow Tires (cost me $900)4 Nearly New Bridgestone Potenza summer Tires (cost $500)1 full size spare tire on original OEM volan 17" rim2 Extra 17" Volan rims2 Original Volvo Keys and Fob remote The car has NO RUST!This Volvo 850 R does NOT Leak any Oil (which is rare for these turbos) I will work with buyer for pick-up if car is to be shipped (meaning I will meet the shipping company in my neighborhood for loading).
