Thanks for looking. You are purchasing a 1995 Mercury Grand Marquis LS Limited Edition, 4-door sedan, in color Gold with tan interior. Purchased new at Hollywood Lincoln/Mercury in Hollywood, FL, the car has been solely owned by my family for sixteen years, and has been well maintained over the years. The car drives and runs smoothly. There are no leaks; no smoke or emissions; and no abnormal noises, shaking, or vibration of any kind. The luxury sedan Limited Edition features extra chrome trim, the Mercury 4.8L fuel injected V8 engine; 4-speed automatic transmission; all leather seats; power windows and side mirrors; power driver's seat; driver's and front passenger's air bags; anti-lock power brakes; power steering; cruise control; power door locks; strong air conditioning and heating; and electric rear window defogger. All four tires have good tread and were purchased less than 2 years ago. All four valves have 36psi monitoring covers. The spare tire in the trunk is full sized. The windows are not cracked or chipped and are fully functioning. The variable speed wiper blades work perfectly. The windshield fluid washer motors work perfectly as well. The car features a functional, programmable keypad entry system, in addition to the new keyless wireless system. The car is equipped with original Mercury/Ford parts and accessories. All repairs and maintenance to the vehicle used only new and original parts made by Mercury/Ford. All maintenance and repair invoices and records are available for review. A notable recent upgrade is the Alpine Mobile Media CDE-102 MP3/WMA/AAC CD player and AM-FM stereo receiver which was installed earlier this year at Best Buy. The amplifier/equalizer drives six duplex stereo speakers for clean and loud sound. An additional feature is a new, original Ford equipment keyless remote purchased and programmed at Hollywood Lincoln-Mercury. Also, the front headlights were upgraded and realigned in 2010 to high output Sylvania Silverstar Ultra halogen bulbs, for much better night vision. The transmission, drive train, rear differential, suspension, and steel chassis are in good, driveable condition. They have been well maintained and lubricated regularly over the years. The engine starts quickly and runs smoothly without any abnormal noise, shaking, or vibration. The engine operation dash lights and dash gauges all work normally (see exception of odometer below). The car has no known transmission or engine problems. The car has never been in a major collision or has suffered severe structural damage due to an accident or due to weather. The cruise control mechanism works perfectly. Note: the odometer stopped rotating three years ago. It is stuck and remains at 68,857 miles. Thus, the actual mileage is greater. Being a 1995 model in normal and regular use, there are several appearance and aesthetic issues to note. The full vinyl roof cover is torn off, leaving the metal roof of the car exposed. This is due to aging coupled with the hot and humid South Florida climate. The left side of the front bumper ground effect shield has suffered damage, the result of scraping over a cement block in a parking lot. Several areas of the leather on the front seats have worn through due to use, and expose the underlying foam. The leather in the back seats, since rarely used, is in very good condition. The front passenger's seat reclines electrically, but does not adjust in a forward/backward direction. There are several scratches, blemishes and dings along the side doors due from other car doors. Finally, the chrome scuff plate strip located below the left front and rear doors needs replacement. The vehicle is sold as is.
