1981 Honda CX500 Custom

Ok this is the deal with this bike.I got it from a friend from Oregon many years ago, I live in Utah and this state is too cold and I left it outside covered with a tarp. Anyway I never got to register the bike, i lost my friend contact information he never sent me the title and now is time consuming to get this bike in order and around 150 dollars. On July 2011 I started working in the bike and got it to run, i found out that it needs new tires(still good to ride but not safe), a new radiator (Radiator works good, i saw a little antifreeze leak and put some leak sealant and seems that worked great) front brake needs to be fixed(needs new reservoir fluid container, but works great), and a left front signal light, everyhing else works good, a tune up will make it work better but the way it is works fine.Gas tank is the major defect, has a dent on right side and top paint is flaking off. I got many rubber pieces changed, valve cover gaskets are brand new, spark plugs filter oil and synthetic oil has been just changed, clutch cable is brand new.This bike is an excellent spare parts unit, excellent starting bike. Just to be clear, I don't have the title for this bike (Is not a stolen bike either), wanted to sell in pieces but don't have room to take it apart and didn't feel like doing it after riding it, 700 dollars is a bargain.Local pick up will be great if possible, buyer will cover shipping costs if unit needs to be shipped.
