1965 Ford Mustang Up for sale is my classic 1965 Ford Mustang original A-code 4-speed. This beauty was built in California and has never left the state so it's very rust-free. Sat in storage for over 20 years before we bought it 2 years ago and began to restore it. The pictures pretty much speak for themselves. Everything was gone thru for the most part, including paint, interior, engine rebuild, trans, brakes, and a few suspension components that needed to be replaced. Has new bumpers, all original glass, all 4 windows go up and down perfect, doors open & close perfect and don't sag like they do on some Mustangs. Car starts every time, doesn't overheat, and runs great all all speeds. Can be driven anywhere! The 289 engine is mostly stock and has about 5k miles on it since the rebuild. It originally came equipped with a factory 4 speed manual trans but now has a 3 speed in it. Car also has factory power steering so it's very easy to drive. No oil leaks at all. As you can see from the pics I was going for the GT coupe look. It has front fog lamps, rear trumpet GT exhaust tips & GT valance, I also have all the correct GT emblems but as you can see only the fender emblems are on the car now. I will include the Mustang letters that go in the bottom with the black GT stripe kit. That's all it needs to look like a factory GT, as you can see the standard coupe side moldings and bottom trim were removed when the car was painted to make it look like a factory GT. I really love this pony and I'd hate to see it leave but my wife and I just recently purchased a new home and need the extra money to remodel.
