You are bidding on a 2003 Suzuki GSX-R 1000 Street Bike Easy fix Tons of extras...Could easily be parted out for much much more than I am starting this auction, but was my baby and I want it to be rode and cared for again! Wish I had the time to fix it up myself! Hate to part with it. Spared no expense on this bike! Bike was wrecked last November in a collision with a deer. The bike survived the accident much better than the deer! Very easy fix. The deer was hit head on an caused only some damage to the front plastics because of the angle of impact. Forks are perfectly straight. The bike then swung around and impacted road at the tail section which limited damage significantly to the sub frame. Extras on or included with bike: All Undamaged! Thousands of dollars in parts upgrades alone! Loaded with Chrome! Shines like no other. Chrome engine covers, levers, rims, shifters, brake, swingarm...You name it! All undamaged with the exception of the sub-frame and clutch cover which will have to be replaced. Stock clutch and engine covers are also included. Engine cover is chrome and is undamaged. Steel braided brake lines. Yoshimura Tri-Oval Full Exhaust System: You won't find this exhaust alone for less than $1,000! Soto Racing Frame Sliders: GSX-R Chrome Engraved Swingarm Sliders. Power Commander III USB- $400Rear Cowl Cover GSXR Chrome mirror block-off plates. Never installed. K&N Air Filter and Oil Filter: Both new in box and never installed. Significant Parts Needed As stated the chrome on clutch cover was chipped a decent bit in accident. Still functional. I am including however both the stock clutch and engine covers.Would most likely need to purchase a complete set of plastics as this was the primary thing damaged in accident. Many great sets listed on ebay with stickers for under $500.Battery. Miles are an overestimate on my part to assure I don't mislead anyone. I believe miles to be below 10,000.Sub-Frame. This took the main hit. I will include stock tail light as the bike had the integrated light upon accident.Fuel tank is dented, but 100% functional. See pic. Could be fixed or replaced depending on buyer preference. That's it! Very easy fix as I have said. All parts listed above can be had for under $1,000!!!!! There will obviously be some nuts, bolts, and other minor fixes, but imagine having one of the best looking bikes on the road at this price. I removed sub-frame to inspect internals and all wiring appears 100% intact, unsliced, and undamaged. Attached are pics of bike pre-wreck, immediately post wreck, and as it sits now with sub-frame, fuel tank, and headlight assembly removed. This bike way my baby and is impatiently waiting the day when it can cruise the roads again! Bike has never been abused, always maintained and has held only Mobil 1 Synthetic oil. Was the winner of several bike and auto shows. Had an LED kit installed throughout that really set off the large amount of chrome. Had friends with Harleys, Ducatis, and many other makes that were fresh off the lot for 2010 and didn't get anywhere near as many mentions, glances, and comments as this one. Really catches your eye.
