I'm sure you all know the story of the last Stingray and how it sold at B and J for way over a million dollars, just think what the Last Viper GTS will do. I feel the Dodge Viper GTS Coupe is probably one of the greatest American cars ever built and know that someday these cars will be as rare and collectable as some of the most desirable cars are now. When Dodge stops producing the Viper the price of these cars will skyrocket. Due to health problems, I've had MS since 2002 and my left leg will not work the clutch anymore so this makes it so I can not drive this beautiful car and it just sits in a locked garage under it's custom car cover 99.9% of the time. I do start it once a week and when I can talk someone into giving me a ride, it gets driven. With only 2300 miles on it in 9 years, this car really needs a new home or a real collector. This is the last Viper GTS FE sold to the public. The last 3 months the Viper GTS was made, Dodge built 360 GTS’s, all red with white stripes and called them Final Editions, FE for short. This was the last one made, sold to the public. Built June 21, 2002 at 1PM. It is in the registry as number 179 of 360. When I contacted the registry and asked why 179 instead of 360, they said all the cars were built and then they handed all the number plates to a worker and told him to install them. He just started down one row and up another is what I was told. It is in the registry as the last one built. With all that being said, this Viper is for sale. I may consider partial trades for muscle cars or Corvettes with an automatic. As with all FE's, it has a perfect Viper red paint job with Stone white stripes. AC, PW, PS, PB, PM, 6 speed. It is as it left the show room, inside and out. Like I said, it stays in a locked garage with a custom car cover 99.9% of time. Even has the dash labels from the factory still on the dash. It has 2,300 miles on it. Everything is still original, even the battery. The only thing that's not from the factory is the oil and maybe some of the air in the tires. New, this car was right at $90k to get it home. It is insured and appraised at over $75K but I'm just asking $62K at this time, which is a steal for an investment like this. Like I said, I may consider a partial Muscle car or Corvette trade, plus cash.
