Thanks for taking the time out and looking at the 1967 Ford Falcon Futura I have on ebay. I want to be very specific with the listing of this car because it belongs to a friend of mine. The car has had a few owners. Each owner has keep the car in a garage since the car was sold new from the dealership in 1967. Everyone is looking for a vehicle in the right condition no matter what the price is. Well, you have found that car. Let's get to it! The Falcon has a history of originalty! The car is factory all the way around! I have been inside and outside this Falcon a few times. I have even been on a great test drive myself. The paint is in excellant condition all the way around. All the panels on the car look to be original. I looked for the factory date and shift stamping on the hood, fenders, front end, doors and quarters and trunck lid. All the panels are factory! I does not look to me that the car had been welded on for an reason. The under side of the car is very clean. I would be suprised if this car came for the Midwest. This car does not need any body or rust work. It is a salt free vehicle. I have inspected the front end including but not limited to the front extensions, shock towers, floors and truck. It's right and ready to drive. The chrome bumpers have been replaced by a California bumper company. I have the receipts. The glass is in excellant condition on all sides. The doors, hood, and truck lid open and close easy. The are aligned very well for the year. All the body lines look great on the car! The original 200 6 clinder still has the engine id tag on the drivers side. The car has great manual brakes for smooth stopping. The steering is in great condition. I believe it has had some of the front suspension parts replaced and upgraded for daily driving. The transmission shifts smooth through all the gears. The tires are original white walls with great tread on them and the car has the original 4 lug suspension. The interior is something you have to see! The front seats and rear seats are in excellant condition. Had your priced that out recently at an interior shop? This car has what looks like the original plastic covers still on the seats. The headliners is in good contion as well. The carpet has been replaced back to the original loop style for the year the car was built. Itlooks to me that the interior metal part of the dash and interior of the doors has been painted a color tha does not quite match the rest of the interior factory color. That does need to be repainted to match. The dash and instrument cluster are in amazing condition too. This is a car you can drive daily or just on the weekends for car shows. You can drive in or fly in to drive this home. We are close toFort Wayne International Airport. If your thinking about changing this car over to a v-8 car with a 5 lug suspenion than that is OK. I will have to look the other way!! So many cars I look at online are so expensive. My friends are looking to sale this car for less than what they have invested in it and buy a minivan.
