1958 Oldsmobile Super "88" 4 Door Sedan – Solid and Very Well Optioned: This is a fairly solid and mostly complete 1958 Oldsmobile Super "88" 4 Door Sedan. The car is equipped with Power Steering, Power Brakes, Power Windows, 6 Way Power Seats, Radio, Factory Air Conditioning, and Automatic Transmission. It is extremely rare to have a 4 Door Sedan with Power Windows, due to requiring a different type of wiring configuration. The chrome on the car is very solid overall. However there is some pitting, surface rust, and small dings. The majority would be good cores for rechroming, and some could be used as is for a driver. The body is a fairly solid western car, and is very sound in the inner boxes, rockers, inner rockers, and trunk floor. There is rust in the front and rear floor boards due to window leaks, but replacement pans are readily available on Ebay. The car has been in indoor storage since 1999. The drivetrain appears to be complete, and I have tried to turn the motor over by hand, but have had no luck. The car is on 4 tires that hold air, and it rolls and steers. This is a very rare car and they are extremely difficult to find this solid and well optioned, so don’t let this opportunity pass you by. I have a clear title and will also provide a Bill of Sale.
