2000 GMC Sonoma SLE, Extended Cab, 4x4, 4.3 LOADED. BUT With a DEAD Automatic Transmission & In need of some TLC. I am the original owner of this truck. It has never been wrecked. With over 247K miles it is still in decent condition with the exception of minor scrapes, dings, etc. on the body and the bad transmission that has no forward or reverse (It just quit). Worst of other minor issues include that it also needs brakes (I was actually headed to the store to pick up brake pads when the tranny decided otherwise.) The motor is the orginal and on synthetic oil since new. Since new (Other than original warranty issues) I have performed all repairs & service myself. Some of the latest repairs have been new fuel pump, front wheel hubs & new tires within the last year. The tires have about 12K miles on them. About 2-3 years ago include replacement of intake gaskets, EGR valve, O2 sensors, PCV valve, water pump, heater core, radiator, shocks, distributor, battery, belt & tensioner, idler arm, & ball joints. At about 120K miles the sun reaction shell in the tranny broke (A common issue with the 4L60E). I replaced it with an upgraded "Beast" Sun Reaction Shell in addition to a Transgo Reprogramming Kit. The transmission had since worked great until now. If you have a wrecked or trashed S10 or Sonoma with a good tranny & motor this would be the ticket! Also include is a Reese Class III Hitch & Bed Liner. The Satellite Antenna will be removed. Not shown in pics is slight hail damage on hood from recent hail storm. The SLE Model Sonoma is a further upgrade of the SL model to include all the bells & whistles available.
