Vehicle Detail
I have available an 05 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 dually. It is two wheel drive with a 6.0L V8 engine and automatic transmission. It has a Supreme Corp 11' flatbed with hidden gooseneck hitch and conventional Reese style hitch. The truck is originally from Oklahoma. It has a rebuilt title, as it was purchased with some damage. Something hit the rear axle and knocked it off from the springs. The springs were replaced and the axle was bolted back up. The truck ran from the time I purchased it and once the axle was reinstalled, the truck moved and drove fine. Due to a clerical error at DMV, the title shows the miles as not actual, but the mileage is true and correct. The truck is in great shape, but it is a work truck and has a few dings and scratches. It does not appear to have been abused and it runs and drives great. I have recently installed new tires on the rear. The front tires are useable, but will need to be replaced soon. The interior of the cab is clean and comfortable and is equipped with cruise control, tilt wheel, AM/FM radio, air conditioning, cloth seats and vinyl floors. It also has a Drawtite brake controller installed in it. There is a small hole in the driver seat and the headliner has some stains and the fabric is coming apart a little. Overall this seems to be a great truck and I would be confident driving it anywhere. It has about 63k miles on it. (DMV read 62k as 67k, then the inspection station read it correctly, but caused the title to say "not actual"). It is in good condition and is ready to work. I have tried to describe and show photos of any flaws. The only thing that I think is actually wrong with the truck is that the fuel gauge doesn't work. It has dual tanks and the gauge seems to read empty all of the time. I'm not familiar with the dual tanks and how they measure the content, but I assume it just needs a sending unit. The truck is located in Franklinville, NY 14737. Delivery may be available for a fee. Truck is sold as is. NYS residents to pay sales tax. Feel free to contact me with any questions or to come and look at the truck. This is a no reserve auction. Thanks for looking and good luck!
