1967 FORD MUSTANG COUPE PLEASE SEE MY OTHER AUCTION FOR THE MATCHING CLOSED CAR TRAILER!!! You are looking at one of the finest coupes restored restomod style. This car has just over 2200 miles on it, was stripped down to a shell and totally rebuilt with great attention to the little details (Check out the undercarriage!). There is not a part on this car that has not been chromed, powder coated, or painted. It has been stripped down and put back together. The car has plenty of power, but was set up to be able to drive wherever you want. The car was purchased at an auction in 1998 with a salvaged title. It had 96,000 original miles on it and had been in a fender bender (driver side front end and broken ball joint). I just couldn't let it go to the scrap yard. This started an eight year restoration process and "KOOL DAZE" was born. I named the car "KOOL DAYS" because the years of muscle cars really were the Cool Days. I had owned a '67 coupe in high school with fond memories of the guys and gals and cruisin' the strip on Friday nights in San Leandro, California. The car has been entered in four shows since completed and has received four different trophies. It seems everyone is hot on fastbacks, however, that is what makes this car special, the fact that it is a coupe. I have most of the receipts, totaling over $66,000 for parts. There are over 543 hours of paid labor, totaling over $21,000, plus the over 800 hours that I have put into this car which is priceless and, at the same time, free of charge.
