This car has been in the process of being restored for the last two years and the following includes work done. Rebuilt 428 engine installed last June 27, 2011, probably has less than 20 miles on it. Professionally rebuilt, bored 30 over, runs great . Body work and new paint, quarters and trunk plan cut out and replaced. Beautiful correct Montreaux Blue paint. Redone 15" Rallye ll wheels with new tires within the last year. Redone brakes, rebuilt transmisssion. New carpet, new windshield, new interior door panels and rear interior quarters. Upholstery in excellent condition, no rips or tears. Convertible top was just installed prior to my puchase of the vehicle. It is in good shape, top mechanism just overhauled, top works great. All power windows work great. Rear bumper was recently rechromed. New aftermarket Pontiac wood sport wheel. Front end just redone and new shocks two years ago. The car looks great and demands attention. This one is ready for you to have fun with this summer. The driver's door rear view mirror has a cracked lens but I have a replacement mirror that will accompany the car. There are two chrome pieces that go behind the interior door handles which my interior guy forgot to put on. Those chrome pieces will obviously go with the car. When the engine was installed last week, the carbureuter was not rebuilt. The car runs good but at some point I would recommed you rebuild the carb. The car currently has glass pack mufflers and I think it is too loud. I would replace with regular mufflers. To my knowledge the AC does not work but I am told all the parts are there. The car is sold as is with no warranty, implied or expressed. The car is in Dallas, Tx and I can assist (for a fee) to transport the car with a 300 mile radius of Dallas. On Jul-03-11 at 12:14:10 PDT, seller added the following information: Wanted to add a couple of things. I replaced the trunk and door weatherstripping and the belt line window sweeps but did not replace the convertible top pads.
