I purchased my 305 Dream in 2004 from a private collection. I had it repainted a couple years ago and side cases polished. The seat was recovered and new firestone tires installed. The rest is original. It has been stone reliable. the oil has been change once each summer and once each fall when I put it in storage. The dream was stored each winter in a climate controlled room in my house. I have four other motorcycles and can't find time to ride all of them, so it's time for someone else to enjoy this wonderful piece of motorcycle history. Only issue I have is with the turn signals, they stopped working and I haven;t had time to look at them.
