1959 Chevy Apache Fleetside pickup truck. This truck looks like a survivor, because it was restored about 20 years ago. Everyone that sees it loves it and thinks it is a barn find. I have owned it for about 4 years and just don’t have room to store it, too many toys. Truck runs great! The interior is the best I have seen in an older truck like this. With a little detail and polish could easily be a $20k truck. I believe it only has around 15,000 miles on it since it was restored. I changed the speed odometer cluster and I have the old cluster that showed around 13k miles. The speed odometer cable is bad and I have not had time to change it. The frame is solid and only has minimal surface rust. The body has no real rust issues. It has a place or two that has some body filler, so buy this truck to drive it you won’t be disappointed! The only other thing I know that it needs is a heater core repair. I have bypassed it because it is rare here in Carolina that you actually need it. I painted the wooden bed and will post new photos soon. On Jun-27-11 at 16:11:16 PDT, seller added the following information: OK Guys quit asking --- This truck has no real rust issues SOLID floors cab corners and frame. Like I told you in the description surface rust here and there. Keep it out of the weather and it will last a long long time. I will take it to any body shop in my area to get it checked out (you pay) if it is not just like I said the you don't have to buy it. The reserve is low somebody is getting a deal.
