Time to sell my moms 1985 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme sedan. One owner vehicle, she bought it new in Longmont Colorado back in 1985, she has moved on to a newer vehicle and needs to sell this one. Overall in good condition and runs good. Has about 103000 original miles. Everything is original, 3.8 liter V6, automatic transmission, stereo with tape deck, power locks, manual windows. Clean car, has been garaged most of its life, it has only been used for errands for about the last 10 years. Its been mostly unused for the past 9 months, I've driven it about every month or so. New Goodyear tires were put on last year, new battery a couple of months ago, full tank of gas. Brakes work great, and rides nice. The air conditioner stopped working this year, not sure what the problem is, it was converted from freon to r134a several years back. The interior is in great condition, seats were always covered, no stains, no tears. The dash is great, i think there was one small crack, has a carpet dashmat on top. The paint is ok, there are a few small dents, lots of paints chips and some scratches, the original vinyl top is in nice condition and really looks good. The car is 26 years old so it has some rattles and noises. Has a slow oil leak. Car appears to be virtually rust free. The only problem that I don't like with this car is the high idle speed when first started up cold. It idles high for about 2 minutes before you can kick the idle down, it shifts hard into reverse if you don't get the idle down first. The car is sold as-is, no warranty and no guarantees. It drives great on the roads highways around town here but it has not been driven long distance in over 10 years. Please contact me if you want to arrange to see the vehicle.
