Has orig. one owner title and periodic paper work(battery tires etc.w/mileage ) to show 69,026 is orig. mileage and one owner status.has cold factory working a/c,ps pb.factory working a/m f/m.original paint interior,carpet,headliner,trunk liner etc.this is as came from showroom except for new tires and complete tune-up and carburetor rebuild.needs new vinyl top but top of car is not rusty,the factory glue has just deteriated.does not have rust holes around windows etc.some rust out on rear edge of trunk lip.and a little in trunk floor,but only a couple of very small holes in bottom of trunk.it has been stored in side for at least 15 years.other wise you would not be reading this listing.the interior is white artificial leather.seat covers,door panels carpet etc. is probably about 95% excellent or however it is rated.all glass is excellent and works good as new.has 318 eng.w/2 bbl.carb.brand new battery,and 4 brand new white letter tires plus excellent almost new spare.it needs the gas tank cleaned (dried gas inside and will need sending unit in tank for gauge but gauge it self has been checked and works fine ,the tank sender is just stuck.lthe factory a/m f/m radio works good but the speaker is dried out and rattles.i have a portable tank hooked to the original fuel pump and drive it like that.other than the gas tank and tank sending unit it can be driven anywhere.it is a royal monaco ,i'm sure you know how rare they are especially in this condition.it has the cool little blinker markers on the front corner of the front fenders.this is the model that had those lights instead of the blinker lights in the dash if you are old enough to remember them.it has the original bumper jack,w/foot and jack handle in new condition.there is no way it has ever been used.it has all 4 original hubcaps in new condition.this car is in very exceptional conditional.the original has some light surface on some of the sharp edges of the body like the accent lines on the hood but no holes.it has never been touched up,repainted or anything.it is the most original 2 door car of it's age i think i have ever seen. it has new battery and perfect original owners manual,title,.readers digest glove compartment road atlas & vacation guide from 1978;and various other papers and books from the original dealer in Albany GA where it was bought brand new and warranty papers,sorry the factory warranty expired yesterday,i just checked it. HA HA !!!!!!! I just noticed all the pine needles & leaves on the car almost look like rust spots but the rust on this car is very minimal and is just very light surface rust on the sharp edges of the accent lines.it's almost all pine needles or leaves.this car looks way better in person.2-dr.chrysler products this old and older and newer too are very rare .i don't know where to check for the actual value of it but i know it's way more than i'm asking.i would not put $250 plus dollars in tires and a new battery and carb. and tune-up on a car unless it was something special because i'm handicapped and have to pay a shop to come here and do every thing.that is not cheap,so you can believe this is a much better car than you usually see especially since it was stored inside which you can easily tell because of the condition of the paint which is 33 years old..the bumpers are perfectly straight and very shiny and have not even been washed, or polished,they are just as they were when i took it out of the storage building.the bumper stickers kinda look bad, but are part of the originality of the car,like the air force sticker on the front one. On Jun-23-11 at 22:51:23 PDT, seller added the following information: I'll put it this way,it still has 100% of the factory exhaust on it and it is just as quiet as it was in 1978 when it was new..when you race it up you hear no noise what so ever.that alone should prove that 69,026 miles is the orig.miles,and that it is a one owner.the title is in the orig. owners name and she signed it and left it that way for me so i could have the orig.title.in georgia you can buy a tag for an antique car and still keep the old title..this really is a remarkable car..
