Inside and out, this rare classic is in very nice condition!!!!! The exterior of this car looks great from every angle. It shows very nicely in Mercedes Benz color code 904 G, “Midnight Blue (dark blue) (dunkelblau)” and it looks fantastic. It looks jet black at certain angles and shadows, but more like a deep midnight blue color, which is nice as you do not see every speck of dust like you do on jet black. The body is straight, and the exterior paint has a few blemishes consistent with the age of the vehicle. Most noticeable are the passenger side door scratches (not to the metal). Also worth mentioning is the area of rust behind passenger side wheel well. Please look at the pictures closely. The chrome, bumpers, grille, and trim pieces are very clean. The tires have plenty of tread remaining to take you on your next cross country drive, and the rims are original as well. The interior of this sedan is equally impressive. When sitting in this car it is hard to believe it is almost 28 years old! While the interior is outstanding, I don't want to give the impression that it is flawless...If you were to scrutinize it, upon close inspection you will see some minor wear and tear on original elements...please look at the pictures closely. (I will be happy to take close up pictures of any area of the vehicle). Other than the great appearance, this car is a joy to drive. It runs very well and has great power. It was recently serviced and it is up to date. All of the power equipment (except FM antenna mast) works as it should, even the sunroof! These gorgeous sedans are quite rare are becoming increasingly difficult to find, especially in such wonderful condition and low mileage. If you have paid attention to the trend, you would know that these sedans have continuously increased in value over the last few years. The W123 Mercedes are legendary cars with a reputation for reliability, longevity and durability. They have been well known to go 400-500K miles without needing any major engine work. This is one of the few classics cars that you can enjoy as a reliable elegant and economical daily driver and is also an excellent investment. With the proper care and maintenance, this sedan will be on the road for many years to come! Please note this is a 28 year old car that is my daily driver. I have tried to describe it to the best of my ability. It is very clean, but is not showroom condition. It could be for the right owner. Please look at pictures carefully.
