Vehicle Detail
Very nice '83 Datsun 280ZX turbo for sale. Engine is all stock aside from a BOV. Other mods include lowered suspension, aftermarket rims, aftermarket steering wheel, 350Z seats, Mustang GT shifter, G-nose body kit. Body is in great shape aside form a small amount of surface rust (under wind shield, under driver's side rear window, one spot above the 'T' in turbo on hatch, and small amount on rear near license plate- see pics). Car is originally a west coast car and has never been driven in snow/ rain since I've had her, and always garaged. Interior is in decent shape with a crack-free dash. T-tops do not leak. Everything works including cruise control and A/C, not to mention the talking lady. Since I bought the car in January, the following mantenance has been done: new battery, oil and filter changed, new fuel filter, new starter, new fuel pump, new cap and rotor, new front tires (rear tires have alot of tread left). Car runs GREAT!! Only a few small negatives: fuel gauge doesn't work (but the smaller 1/4 tank auxilliary guage does work), and needs a new driver's side window. I love this car but I just have too many toys (including another Z) and I just bought another motorcycle so I need to clear up some room in my garage. Like I said, this car runs great, sounds great, and turns alot of heads. It draws more attention than new cars costing 10X as much! My Subaru WRX doesn't get near the compliments. This car is a GREAT deal for the reserve price. Hopefully, she'll go to a fellow Datsun enthusiast who will appreciate the car. Car comes with many spare parts plus a Haynes manual. Please email me with any questions.
