Up for auction is a 1994 F-150 supercab with full bench seats, front rear. It has power windows, locks, and mirrors, cruise control, automatic tranny with overdrive, a strong running 5.0 liter V8. Extras include a cap, and cab visor painted to match the truck, and a class III hitch. Now for the bad stuff: Rust, every wheel arch, rocker panel, quarter panel, door, and cab corner has it. There is an exhaust leak, ford uses stamped steel flanges to attach the y-pipe to the manifolds, these flanges rot out first. The solution is a $170 aftermarket Y-pipe (not legal in california). Thanks to my 3 kids the interior is dirty, but no rips, or tears to speak of. I have replaced all spring mounts except for the driver side front, as well as the rear shackles. Both gas tanks are less than 5 years old. The lock/latches on the cap are broken, it opens, and closes fine, but you can't lock it. I am selling this truck because i found a similar one with an 8 foot bed, she has served me well over the last 6 years. From hauling soap box derby cars as far as Rochester NY, and Loudon N.H. Pulling a trailer to the catskills, hauling roughly 1/2 cord of firewood at a time, and numerous trips to the home centers. If you are looking for a spare vehicle to use as a work horse that can carry the whole family, or just a good work truck, this may be for you.
