1965 mustang A code 4 speed Pony package with black plates.Ive had this car for 10 years.Got it running great but it needs interior and paint. Its all there ready for your restoration to original. This is a rare mustang and hopes would be to find someone who wants to make it original not a restomod. It would be worth 30-45 K done original.power steering, brakes and everything they offered in the upgraded pony mustang for that year. it can be driven daily but i have probably only put 100 miles on it in ten years. I have a 66 that I drive more frequently and neither do I use for daily driving. It just sat garaged all winter and started right up.odometer says 190 K but the previous owner rebuilt the engine. rust. looks pretty good. typical small rust spots at the front of both doors. floor pans seem solid but it has not been checked.Too many projects and this one doesnt get the love it needsGo ahead make an offer and own a piece of history. summer is here and this is the project you have been looking for..please no history buff tire kickers....SERIOUS BIDDER ONLY. It does seem to have a small oil leak.. The fuel lines and gas tanks are new and were replaced. the carburator is a holly carburator.. Ithink thats it. This car will sell as reserve has been met. this car needs a great restoration. it will probably need a clutch sometime soon. it works good now but doesnt respong like it used to. Just trying to up front and Iwill answer an questions you have to the best of my ability. its a rare care that the buyer will be able to brag to own. check it out. you cant find this package on ebay or craigslist. they are hard to find. Just a reminder the car wont be able to be picked up until July 4th or after.It needs to be picked up no later than the end of July and buyer needs to know my insurance on it will end with sale of the vehicle as well. I took the car out for a spin yesterday and the gas pedal stuck a bit. Ill see if i can oil it up a bit today .Its probably ready for all fluids to be switched out as well.This car has all the normal issues but once again this is a rare car ready for your complete restoration. Kind of sad to part with it but you guys know how projects go. After auction i will be available about 2 times a day by email but not by phone until the Saturday the second of July.I will not be in cell phone service area. Winner and I can talk on the phone then. I have a trip I have had to take unfortunately during the end of this auction. Also please plan on trailering this car if you plan on taking it a long distance. I have never driven more than 25 miles from the house so I cant guarantee how it will fare on a long trip. It does great for me but i have never pushed it. If you looking to drive it right now every day you probably could but you would want to have everything gone through thoroughly just in case.
