Vehicle Detail
VERY RARE- Marti Report certifies 1 of 20 built!! Condition: Mint Interior- Parchment, Exterior: Burnt Amber #2066-A Location: Las Vegas, Nevada,: 1967 Ford Mustang Rare Fastback, For your consideration is a VERY RARE 1967 Mustang with a complete DeLuxe package including, upper and lower consoles, A/C, PS, disc brakes (front), C4 automatic, exterior decor group, interior decor group, tinted glass, deluxe seat belts, styled steel wheels (5), tach and trip odometer and deluxe wood steering wheel. All options per the Marti Report. Everything works perfectly except the clock. The vehicle was totally disassembled and PROFESSIONALLY rebuilt from the ground up. At or near show quality. It was restored to authentic factory specs with the few exceptions listed below. The project was started with a genuine survivor 70,000 mile car that was special ordered by the original owner. I am the third owner having purchased the car from the second owner who only had a it a few weeks and bought it to make a profit. Approximately $35,000. to $40,000. Invested in addition to the purchase price of the car (have many receipts) to turn this into the gem you see in the photos. What makes this so rare? The Marti Report certifies this as only 1 in 20 with these paint and trim codes and combination of options. So you won’t run into another one like it at car shows! Only 2767 Mustangs where painted with this rare Burnt Amber paint code #2066-A which has a very fine metal flake finish. The car is insured currently at my asking price based on an appraisal. The only modifications to the car are as follows; the 289 was completely rebuilt with roller rockers, mild cam, MSD electronic ignition, Edelbrock 650 CFM carb and manifold, an AM/FM/CD player installed (I have a NOS radio bezel and the original working radio if you wish to return to factory specs), custom built dual exhaust added with Flow Master mufflers for a rich powerful sound, A/C unit replaced with a new upgraded factory style unit that blows cold, right side mirror installed plus other items too numerous to mention. The seats in the car are deluxe parchment knitted decor seats and are original and perfect. New door panels (not shown in these photos) and headliner installed as well as sun visors and carpeting. All new chrome throughout. The machine shop that rebuilt the engine and transmission claim they dyno tested this car producing over 400HP but it doesn’t feel like it off the line because of the stock 2.79 rear end. But it screams top end. A lower gear ratio would be a nice addition. There is much more to say about this car but space is limited. If you have an interest call me at 702-354-9000. I have many more photos and a multitude of spare parts and a car cover that are included in the sale. I will cooperate with shipping as well. Disability forces sale.
