BLACK MAZDA MIATA MX-5 LS Thanks for your interest in my car. I am a private seller and will not accept any kind of trades. This car is for sale only. This vehicle was made in Japan. It is one of the most popular cars for amateur racing so it is very, very sporty. It has a lot of power (140HP+) for its weight (about 2400lbs). Rear wheel drive with limited slip differential and manual transmission make it handle exactly how you expect. Only two things I've changed on this car from it's factory state are: cold air intake and stereo system. I also tinted back window. I own this car for over a year now, and can tell that to the best of my knowledge it has no mechanical or any other problems, except for few cosmetic flaws (read below). I've made over 10,000 miles without any major problems. I drive it every day to work (about 16 miles one way). The oil has always been changes within 3,000 miles. Engine:- standard 1.8l DOHC- 4 cylinder (great on gas, about 22 REAL MPG in city)- approx 140HP- cold air intake (adding few HP, faster throttle response, GREAT sound) Transmission:- 5 speed manual - clutch very strong Suspension:- factory installed Sport Suspension Other:- comes with an "all weather" custom fit cover for longer storage- comes with all original components that I've replaced (OEM intake, and BOSE stereo system)- limited slip differential (fun, fun, fun...)- factory installed ABS (safe and good for insurance)- brand new battery, about a month- front break pads are about 2000 miles old- dual airbags- tan leather seats (normal wear)- remote keyless entry and trunk release (factory installed)- PIONEER built-in navigation (AM/FM Radio, CD, iPod connectivity, GPS, Bluetooth)- ice cold AC- very hot heating- leather steering wheel- much more... TO DO:- needs a top replacement because of a small rip. It has been fixed so that it doesn't leak. The change is not necessary, just cosmetic. New top is about $300 + installation, which can be done DIY.- needs new tires. I am driving this car every day to work, so the tires aren't very bad, but will need to be changed soon.- needs rims repainted. Another cosmetic.
