It has only had one owner, but was retitled when the original owner lost the title and had it duplicated. At that time a clerical error was also fixed. It is also noted in the Auto Check. MILES ARE CERTIFIED AS ORIGINAL JUST ONE CLOSE LOOK SHOWS THAT THE MILES ARE REAL ON THIS ONE! HERE IS THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS. A very rare collectable car that you can drive every day! It is rare because it is not only the ROYALE BROUGHAM, it is the "LS" LUXURY SEDAN too! I've bought hundreds of these low milage original antiques over the years. It's really hard to find a one owner, original condition luxury car. I can't imagine the care it must have taken to keep this wonderful Olds in such incredible condition. The elderly gentleman I bought it from last week, said he bought it new at Earl Olds in Cleveland Ohio. The original keys come with the car along with the original Earl Olds Key Tag and the original manuals and brochures. He said he kept in the garage and needless to say, never drove it much. Don't let the fact that this is a "northern" car scare you. It looks like it came from the south. The undercarriage had a terrific job of rustproofing done when new. It has kept most everything it was sprayed on in an unrusted state. The frame and floors are really in amazing condition. Speaking of amazing, that is how I would describe the paint and bright work. **** AMAZING PAINT, **** *** AMAZING BRIGHTWORK *** *** LIKE NEW INTERIOR !!!! Normally the paints of this generation faded and oxidized. The paint on this car hasn't and is as nice as the pictures make it appear. The only paint work on the car, is the lower right passenger door below the molding. Looks like a scratch repair. No damage. I found two small door dingers in the passenger front door and that is about it for paint flaws. You have to look closely to see any of this. You may not have seen it if I didn't point it out. The only flaw in the interior, is two stress cracks in the steering wheel. The rugs, panels, dash cap, wood grain, headliner and glass are all show quality. I just drove this car about 60 miles and aside from pulling a little to right, probably an alignment, it RODE AND DROVE LIKE NEW. EVERYTHING WORKS!! I drove it down the Pa. turnpike on a 90 degree day with the air and cruise on and it did a wonderful job. You absolutely will NOT be disappointed if you are the highest bidder. It is increasingly hard to find wonderful, rare antiques in this condition and in a fair price range. Great investment car, great Cruise Night Car. Great Car to go an Antique Car Tour such as the AACA's. And of course it is great daily driver because the 307 is better on gas than you may think. I could go on all night talking about the merits of this one. Take it from a guy who has had more super low mileage originals than most people in this hobby. IT TRULY IS A VERY SPECIAL CAR.
